Shipping Information

At Tomahawk Outdoor Clothing, we are committed to delivering your gear quickly and efficiently so you can focus on your next adventure. We use various shipping partners such as Evri, Yodel, Royal Mail and DPD for all orders within the UK and internationally.

Standing Shipping Options & Timeframes 

  • Standard Shipping within the UK (3-5 days): £3.99

  • Standard Shipping within Europe (3-17 business working days): £14.95

  • Standard Shipping internationally (3-17 business working days): £19.95

All orders above £115 will be free delivery.

We ship to select international destinations using various shipping partners. 

Customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping FAQs

  • Can I change my shipping address after ordering? – Contact our support team at info@tomahawkoutdoorclothing.co.uk within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • What if my order is delayed? – While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Please check your tracking link for updates.

Returns and Exchanges 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tomahawk gear. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns.

  • Returns Period: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days back to your original payment method.

How to Return an Item                                                                                    

  1. Start Your Return: simply click HERE & process your return.
  2. Once your Return is approved you will receive the return label through your email. 

      3. Print Your Label:  print the return label provided.

      4. Drop Off or Arrange Collection: Take your parcel to the nearest drop-off   location or schedule a pickup.

     5. Receive Your Refund/Exchange: Once received, we’ll process your return and notify you via email.

International Returns

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  • Any customs fees or duties paid at delivery are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, follow the return process and place a new order for the item you’d like. We cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges.

Return FAQs

  • Do I have to pay for returns? – Returns are free.

  • Can I return an item I received as a gift? – Yes, but the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
